An acrobat and part of a circus prior to his participation in WWII, Burt Lancaster (1) was known for doing his own stunts. The Train (1964) is an excellently example of his work. Unbroken scenes were they start before the stunt and/or continue after because no one has to fill in for Burt. Watch him slide down a ladder and tumble down a hill. This WWII movie is a great story and the selection for the week. The Wehrmacht Colonel is played by Paul Scofield (2) and Jeanne Moreau (3) is the hotel owner.
