The Italian Job (1969) with Michael Caine (1) is one of the most parodied movies ever made. It also has one of the most discussed movie endings ever. Ok, solve the problem? The song for the opening credits has become a bit iconic. But, why would you listen to it without watching a Lambo Miura driven in the mountains? And if you're not already, 'the chase' scene will make you a Mini fan. It's a movie about a gang of cockney crooks on a caper that goes teeteringly bad. It's a cliffhanger! Noel Coward (2) and Benny Hill (3) also star in this week's comedy recommendation. The Self-Preservation Society!!! Let's Go!!!

(1) Gambit, 1966

(2) Writer of In Which We Serve, 1942

(3) The Benny Hill Show, '69-'89
