I'm thinking a western drama romantic comedy staring Gary Cooper (1). And co staring Walter Brennan (2), of course. He just won his third Oscar playing the Judge in this film. The lass being chased is played by Doris Davenport. It's the standard western story but well written and acted and a joy to watch. The Westerner (1940) is the recommendation for the week.
