Here's another great espionage story based on the novel of the same name written by John le Carre (a). It's not a movie. It's a 6 episode miniseries, about a 6 hour watch, directed by Susanne Bier (b). A great rainy day popcorn eating adventure. This one is about a government recruiting a civilian for a bit of infiltration work. Like that happens everyday day. Tom Hiddleston (1) is the hotel night manager, with an interesting past. The 'taller than me' (I'm 6 foot) Elizabeth Debicki (2) is Jed the girlfriend. 'Dicky' is played by Hugh Laurie and Olivia Coleman is the government 'recruiter'.
