While I've been thoroughly enjoying the Inspector Morse TV movie series, which includes the prequels and the sequels, I remembered there is a movie filmed in Oxford, UK that I really enjoyed. It's about an arrogant American who is attending Cardinal College. One of the 39 or so colleges and halls that make up Oxford University. This cocky Yank is played by Robert Taylor (1). Maureen O'Sullivan portrays his love interest. And it's film that's this week's selection, A Yank at Oxford (1938). It's a bit of a sports drama romantic comedy...
