Here's another one of those Police Internal Affairs type films. This one is a little different. Which department is actually corrupt? It deals with police negotiators. Well? The name of this week's selection is The Negotiator (1998). On one side we have Samuel L. Jackson(1), considered the top negotiator. On the other side we have Kevin Spacey(2), the other top negotiator. Also staring in his next to last film is J. T. Walsh(3). He passed away five months before the movie's release.
