Alfred Hitchcock time. Not the obvious ones. Jamaica Inn (1939) was one of the first good ones with Maureen O'Hara and Charles Laughton. They also did the best Hunchback of Notre Dame (1939). More on 1939 in a later week. There are so many good ones and so many I have still not seen. Let's go with The Rear Window (1954) as the recommendation for this week staring Jimmy Stewart, the stammer'er. It's funny how ah, well, ya ya know works well for him. No, this one is not about an imaginary rabbit (Harvey, 1950). It's another story about the city of New York... Going to need another Hitchcock week...
